Compact Champions Workshops

Compact Champions improve the performance of Local Compacts and help achieve better outcomes for individuals and communities. But how do you recruit, train and ensure that your Champions have the necessary skills and approaches to achieve this?

This is a key question for organisations responsible for Compact implementation and Compact Champions, and the Institute of Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) has examined this question.

Six regional workshops exploring the important role of Compact Champions and promoting this research took place in June and July 2009.
