Annual Meeting

The Compact Annual Meeting is held in Parliament between key stakeholders including Compact Voice, Government Ministers and the Local Government Association.

All the key partners - the Commission for the Compact, Compact Voice, Government Ministers and the Local Government Association (LGA) - meet at an Annual Meeting to review progress on the Compact and agree an action plan for the following year.

The meeting reviews progress in development and implementation of the national Compact and Local Compacts. It also agrees an action plan to take forward the Compact for the year.

The Commission for the Compact now coordinates the Compact Annual Meeting (November/December time) working with Compact Voice and the Office of the Third Sector on setting and implementing a Joint Compact Action Plan 2008-2009 [PDF 610KB, 27 pages]
